  6. Choose Manufacturing, Trade/Retail, Food Service, or Central Govt. Agency from the group of business types.

  7. Select any one of the Multiple Selection can be made from each group.

  8. Click on the Proceed button.

  9. Fill Registration Certificate Details such as applicant details, address of premises, contact details

  10. Select years you want to apply from one to five years.

  11. Attach the necessary documents

  12. The last step is to pay the requisite fee for the food license
