1. Refund of Payment Received

Before initiating any refund, e-Startup.in reserves the right to make every effort to complete the service as requested. If you are not satisfied with our service, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount will be applicable. In case you choose to change or upgrade your service plan, the cancellation fee will not apply.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email us at info@e-startup.in within 10 days of submitting your online application.
Your email should include:

  • Your registered name and contact number
  • The service name and payment reference ID
  • Reason for refund
  • Bank details (if refund needs to be processed manually)
Refund requests made after 10 days of the initial application may not be eligible.

3. Refund Time Frame

Once we receive your refund request and the required details, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Refunds will be credited via the same mode of payment used during purchase, unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellation of Application

Once your application or registration has been submitted and processed, it cannot be canceled.
No refund will be issued after the completion of the service or submission of documents to the concerned authority.

6. Force Majeure

e-Startup.in shall not be considered in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event").

Return & Exchange Policy

Since our deliverables are intangible and personalized, returns and exchanges are not applicable once the service has commenced or documents have been submitted.
